Supervision
Kirsty loves to support other therapists to develop their voice and upper airways skills, and maintain their accreditation, by providing a safe and welcoming space through supervision. Kirsty is an experienced therapist who guides supervision with sensitivity and promotes an environment of psychological safety.
Kirsty invites curiosity and provides a confidential place to ask questions and discuss experiences. For therapists without clinical supervision in their trust, Kirsty is happy to support formal paperwork completion including appraisals and passing of competencies.
Supervision rates are £65 for an hour ad-hoc or Kirsty is happy to work with NHS trusts to provide regular supervision. She can create a bespoke package to suit your needs. Find more information below.
NHS Trust Supervision for SLTs
Kirsty is happy to work with NHS trusts to provide regular supervision to therapists who do not have direct clinical supervision available in-house. The RCLST has wonderful guidance on their website about the requirement for supervision for practicing clinicians to fulfil the requirements of HCPC registration. As Restore Voice is a company, Kirsty is able to work with NHS trust purchasing systems and submit invoices to PO numbers. She is familiar with the systems and can support you.
